STRAWBERRY MATCHA & COLLAGEN CHIA PUDDING

This Strawberry Matcha Collagen Chia Pudding is an easy, make-ahead breakfast that feels quietly indulgent while still nourishing. Creamy, lightly sweet and layered with fresh toppings, it’s a simple way to build collagen into your morning ritual.

 

INGREDIENTS

3 tbsp chia seeds

250 ml almond or coconut milk

1 tbsp Par Olive Matcha Marine Collagen Superpowder

1 tsp maple syrup

pinch sea salt

 

served with: 

your fave yoghurt

fresh strawberries

crushed pistachios

 

METHOD

Whisk chia seeds, almond or coconut milk, collagen, maple syrup and sea salt until well combined. Let sit for 5 minutes, whisk again to prevent clumping and refrigerate for at least 2 hours or overnight until thick. Serve with your favourite toppings!
