Coconut Collagen Easter Eggs

A seasonal ritual, elevated.

This Easter, we’ve reimagined indulgence — combining rich dark chocolate, creamy coconut, and our Marine Collagen Superpowder into a nourishing, skin-supportive treat.

 

Ingredients:

– 150 g unsweetened desiccated coconut
– 100 g thick coconut cream (the top from a chilled can)
– 2 tbsp maple syrup
– 2 tbsp Par Olive Coconut Marine Collagen Superpowder
– pinch sea salt
– ½ tsp ground vanilla
– coating: 170 g dark chocolate + 1 tbsp coconut oil

Method:

Mix the filling ingredients until a thick, moldable mixture forms. Shape into small egg shapes (or press into silicone moulds) and freeze until firm. Melt the dark chocolate with coconut oil, dip the frozen eggs and let set in the fridge.
